Offshore Kazakhstan International Operating Company N.V. (OKIOC) is a consortium company focused on the offshore oil and gas sector in Kazakhstan, particularly in the Caspian Sea region. Established after initial seismic surveys in 1997, OKIOC played a vital role in the discovery and development of the Kashagan oil field, one of the largest oil discoveries in recent history.
